KLK will specify any FFandE required by the client. This might include exterior and interior paint, masonry, roofing, flooring, lighting, hardware and plumbing, as well as furnishings, hard and soft.
The best laid plans lead to the best executed projects. We will work closely with the client to develop FF and E budgets pre-construction. We understand delivery and installation date commitments. With decades of experience in the furniture world, internationally and state-side, we know which factories have the capabilities, cost controls, and capacity to deliver. We have the ability to recommend alternate sources, and we understand budget parameters.
Months or years worth of design, planning, purchasing, and scheduling, all come down to a completion date. We have installation crews that can resolve any loss or damage issue, and complete the installation.
