The firm customizes the services offered to fit an individual client’s needs. We will usually begin working with our client as soon as the project begins. We provide an array of services including space planning, specifying of all interior and exterior finishes, F F and E specifying, as well as procurement, and installation of furniture, accessories, and artwork. KLK provides signage packages, if needed, and works with landscapers and pool designers for a complete, cohesive, end result.

About Our Projects

A majority of these projects consisted of working with the developer and architect from the purchasing of the property to move- in.The firm is responsible for the specifying of all interior and exterior finishes including roofing, exterior materials, paint colors, flooring, lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures, interior architectural details, furniture layout, furniture purchasing and installation, accessories, and artwork procurement. On many of these projects the firm is responsible for the full signage package, as well as working with the landscaper and pool company. These projects range in size from 2500 sq. ft. to 50,000 sq. ft. Furniture procurement ranges from $20,000 to $400,000.
